We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Window Film Company; if you are not, you can return your unused film in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that custom-cut or bespoke printed films are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the correct return address.
Pack Securely
Place the window film back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to us using a tracked courier service of your choice; please keep your shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned film, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
