How do I measure my windows for the film?
Measure the width and height of each glass pane to the nearest millimeter. We recommend adding an extra 1-2cm to each dimension to allow for precise trimming during installation.
Can I apply window film myself, or do I need a professional?
Our films are designed for DIY installation. Each order includes detailed instructions and we provide online video tutorials. However, for large-scale commercial projects, we do offer a professional installation service.
Is the film easy to remove if I change my mind?
Yes, our window films are designed to be removable without damaging the glass. Most can be peeled away by hand, and any adhesive residue can be cleaned off with soapy water and a glass scraper.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Does the window film provide privacy at night?
One-way mirror films provide privacy during the day but lose effectiveness at night when interior lights are on. For 24/7 privacy, we recommend our frosted or decorative patterned films.
What is your return policy for custom-cut films?
Because custom-cut films are tailored to your specific measurements, they cannot be returned. We highly recommend ordering a sample pack before placing a large custom order to ensure you are happy with the finish.
